The Life Management Department at Montville High School is dedicated to teaching students about practical life issues as a means to improve the quality of individual and family life and in preparation for higher education and careers. The knowledge and skills taught in our classes emphasize human growth and development, food and nutrition, personal behavior, and resource management. It is based on the belief that education can empower individuals, strengthen families, and improve communities.

We invite you to browse through our course offerings as well as related links. Students are required to take one-half credit in the vocational and arts areas to graduate. We believe that these are amongst the most relevant choices for students.
